Jim Cerny served in the Army as a Field Artillery Officer with the First Calvary Division at Fort Hood, TX.  After his service, he gained valuable experience with Dresser Rand Industries working field construction for off-shore gas re-injection plants. He also has a combined 14 years experience of heavy industrial equipment through working at Dresser Rand Compressors and Wheelabrator.

 

Over the past 20 years, Jim has continued his field experience with blast-related projects, to include customized equipment for the Navy, the railcar industry and fabricators which enables him to provide a knowledgeable, personal, customized solution for your project.

The military is 60% of our business. Southern Equipment & Services, LLC is a Veteran Owned, 100% Small Business Set Aside.  In addition to our equipment focus, we are practitioners of our own industry and we blast and paint virtually every day.

 

We are proudly located in St. Marys, Georgia in Camden County. Our office and job shop is off I-95, approximately 30 miles north of Jacksonville, Florida.  Come see us!
